Club Membership Changes
Due to changes mandated by N.Y.S.S.A, membership dues have been modified.
Single and family memberships will now be $25.00.
The membership year runs from August 1st through July 31st.


Remember, you must be an active member of a club when you go to register your snowmobiles.

MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES

April 2, 2008

The meeting was called to order by President Bill Vineall with no time stamp. These meeting notes were transcribed from tape.

Secretary’s Report: Motion made to skip reading of minutes and passed by all with no dissention.

Treasurer’s Report:  Treasurer’s report from Horward Regner was as followed after all payments and deposits. 
Howard and Bill spoke to Oneida Saving Bank about combining all the loans together to save money, and Howard has a meeting with the bank next week to finalize the joining of all the loans, Howard and the bank figured out it would save the club nearly $300.00 a month.

Trail Committee Reports:

Brian Wesseldine- Trails Coordinator- ABSENT

Bill Vineall – Bridge Committee

1.                  All bridges still standing and intact

Jaime Warner – Southern Madison County

1.                  Reported a lot of sign damage on the trails

Tom Baker – Northern Madison County-ABSENT

Howard Regner

1.                  Nothing to report

Milt Holt –       1. Reported he needed help clearing some of the trails

Dan McNally –No Report 

Groomer Report Jeff Hull –Making arrangements to pick up one of the groomers.

Jeff and Bill where going to discuss the matter further.

Jeff also reported all groomers are working great!

Oneida County Association – Howard Regner Reports -

1.                  Received payment from Oneida County for Trails

Madison County Association –

1.         Received payment from Madison County for Trails

Fundraising Committee –

1.                  Pete Russo and Bill Vineall brought up a fundraising idea for June 8th , we are going to have a raffle for a New Dell Laptop & Chicken BBQ at Zems Ice Cream on Main St. in Canastota the same day as the Boxing Hall of Fame Parade.

Memberships – well over 500 at this time still more to be processed, still coming in

Board Meeting Report – Discussed appointing a recording secretary to help Tom Baker out because of his new job.  

Web Site –No Report

OLD Business –

1.                Bill Vineall and Jeff Hall will be contacting Westmoreland next week about buying the groomer.

2.         Bill Vineall is going to try to get out and see the beams Wayne Rutz has for sale by the next meeting.

New Business –

1.                 Motion was made and carried by all for a recording secretary ( Pete Russo ) to help Tom Baker out because of his new job, Tom isn’t always able to make the meetings now because of his new hours.

2.                 Pete Russo asked about the price to have tickets made for the Raffle, A motion was made and carried for Tim Carr to make the tickets for the club to save money.

3.               Bill Vineall also agreed to look into the price for chicken for the BBQ.

4.             Jamie Warner and Dan McNally mention that we should try to have the chicken BBQ in Canastota on the June date because of the Boxing Hall of Fame weekend.

5.               Jamie Warner said he would check and see if the owner of ZEMS Ice Cream would let the club have the event at his place of business, and Jamie has already gotten back to us and it was approved for that location.

6.            Bill Vineall was going to check on all permits for the event.
